Madinah Academy: A Journey of Growth and Knowledge

Madinah Academy was established in 2002 with a vision to provide quality Islamic education in a nurturing environment. What began as a modest initiative has, over the years, flourished into a dedicated institution, committed to the spiritual and academic growth of its students. Through continuous effort and the unwavering support of our community, we have gradually built the madrasa into what it is today. To date, our Madarasa has celebrated 10 graduation ceremonies, marking the successful completion of studies for 58 dedicated students. Alhamdulillah.

Alhamdulillah, we currently have approximately 100 students enrolled, each embarking on their own journey of learning and personal development. We proudly offer three distinct courses tailored to enrich Islamic knowledge and understanding. Among them, our most notable program is the Aalimah Class, an intensive eight-year course designed to provide comprehensive religious education and scholarly training.

With our commitment to excellence, we strive to empower students with the knowledge and values that will serve them in both their faith and daily lives. As we continue to grow, we remain dedicated to fostering a love for learning and a deep connection to Islamic teachings.

Aims and Objectives of our Madrasah

The objectives of the charity are to advance the Islamic faith for the benefit of the public, mainly, but not exclusively, by providing lessons on the reading and understanding of the Holy Quran, understanding Islamic principles and practising the faith. Also to provide help to the children, young people and the public in general of the city of Manchester with advocacy, advice and information on religious activities.
